Traditional artisan bakeries and large scale manufacturers provide their customers Germany-wide with the no. 1 staple food. Quality has a long tradition in our company – as long ago as 1847. Today, Herbert Birnbaum brotforms get tested every 5 years from the DGUV Test Prüf- und Zertifizierungsstelle (a German test and certification centre for food and package). This certificate confirms that our rattan proofing baskets comply with the high requirements of the DGUV for food processing machinery and hygiene.
